We are very excited to have found a rarity in this country — a Normany farmhouse demi sec cider which means frankly quite sweet but with balanced acidity and perfect with crepes or fruit or summer pudding. The residual sugar also keeps the alcohol to a low 4.5%, like a northern alternative to a Moscato d’Asti.
