Description
Our falafel are a mixture of chickpeas and Yorkshire grown fava beans, really just dried broad beans. The salads vary according to the season but will include typically classic Lebanese salads likeĀ tabbouleh (parsley, tomato, onion and burgul) and some cooked Moroccan salads with root vegetables such as carrot or beetroot. Unlike most Lebanese restaurants we dress only with single-estate olive oil and lemon juice, not a blend with citric acid.
